I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and hold a Masters Degree (LLM) in Employment Law, I have held many senior leadership positions during my 20+ year career in Human Resources (including SVP Board Level) in the UK and globally across a diverse range of industries from FTSE 100 corporates and public sector to privately owned small to medium sized enterprises.

I have extensive experience of dealing with capability and performance issues, mediation, complex absence, grievance and disciplinary issues as well as redundancy programmes and restructuring including TUPE and site re-locations and closures.
