I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and hold a Masters Degree (LLM) in Employment Law, I have held many senior leadership positions during my 20+ year career in Human Resources (including SVP Board Level) in the UK and globally across a diverse range of industries from FTSE 100 corporates and public sector to privately owned small to medium sized enterprises.

My expertise includes all aspects of end to end Employee Lifecycle People Operations (People, Process, Data & Technology), People Strategy and Leadership, Engagement and Organisational Change.

I have extensive experience of dealing with capability and performance issues, mediation, complex absence, grievance and disciplinary issues as well as redundancy programmes and restructuring including TUPE and site re-locations and closures. I have also developed and delivered management training programmes, reward programmes and employee engagement programmes designed to drive the right behaviours for business success.

I pride myself on making a positive difference, adding value through strong insight, a deep understanding of Employment Law balanced with a pragmatic and commercial approach to HR ensuring the businesses I support achieve people solutions which work for them commercially.
