yes, we provide our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies. brands we typically work with are: branch basics, green works, mrs. meyers, seventh generation, dr. bronner, honest company. if you prefer that our team uses your own products, you can let us know on our booking form. we’ll try to accommodate every reasonable request.
do i have to be home at the time of cleaning?
no, you don’t. but what we ask from you is that you provide instructions on our booking form regarding access to your home. doormen can usually hand keys to our staff and if you give us a copy of your key, we can simply use that for future appointments. you can also hide it in a safe place for us. if you have an alarm, please also provide instructions on how to disable/re-enable it.
