What steps do you take to stand out from your competition?
What makes us stand out from your average lawn care is that we take pride and dedication in our work. When youíre looking for a professional lawn care service, you want to make sure you find the right team that can accommodate your schedule and preferences at ease. We want you as the client to feel safe and comfortable booking with us, that is why all our lawn care professionals go through our extensive safety check before they can receive work from us. Not only that, but all our professionals are fully insured.
Do you find social media effective in marketing your business, or do you think it's overhyped?
I believe that social media plays an effective role in any industry. In America, 81% of people have access to a smart phone and in 2018, 78% of people in the UK have a smart phone. The chances of users with smart phone that will be influenced and exposed by social media would be a huge chunk. This is why I believe social media is effective in marketing not only for my business, but for most, or even all industry.
How long have you been marketing your business online? What changes have you seen in this time?I've started working on this business from scratch at the start of 2019. I worked on my SEO marketing campaign once my site is fully up and running mid this year. The changes that I can see is google ranking my keywords higher for this website and it's really fascinating to see my business growing little steps at a time.
When did you launch your website? What changes have you seen on the internet since launching your website? My official launch was in August, 2019. The changes that I've seen is learning about the back-end of SEO marketing and the many ways people go about promoting their websites.
I've studied marketing before and it has always been direct and straight forward so this is a very different approach to how I was taught. Starting up my own website opens up a whole new aspect of marketing for me.
What made you get into the business you're in?
I've experienced many under quotes from trades person and is always frustrated with the final pricing, so I made a booking system where all the services will have a set price.
What's one thing your target market don't fully understand, but would greatly benefit them if they did?
We provide full online support from booking, communications to billing. Our business is cashless, everything is processed online.
Is your business a lifestyle business, or are you always looking for continious growth?
For me, I am always looking for continuous growth. I like to challenge myself everyday and take on new tasks.
How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Our main drive to this business is technology. We are mixing up the traditional way of quoting with our technology enabled features to give our customers a better service.
Everything from the start of your booking to the end of the service will be completed online, there are no paperwork or cash related payments whatsoever. Information you need can be easily accessed through our website, if any enquiries then you can just give us a call, send an email or have a chat with our live chat.

Our core objective is to create a seamless online booking system that is both easy and simple to use for our clients. We combine tech savvy and convenience together to give our clients a booking method thatís like no other. We aim to minimise face to face contact to improve convenience for our clients so our clients can book our services with ease and hassle free.

With us, we will generate a fixed quote from our pricing structure. There won't be hidden or extra charges on your final bill.
How much do you focus on after-sales support? After sales support is a key factor we must capitalise on. For our business to keep running, we focus on the reccuring services that we provide. Once we have a locked in reccuring service, that is when we can forecast the generated income. Therefore, we always get our customers feedback and see how they rate our services and what can be improved on.
